CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) refers to the relationship between a farmer and an individual consumer.  A percentage of the Royal Oak Community Farm’s 5-acres is dedicated to CSAs.  Individuals who purchase a CSA share get all of the benefits of a personal garden without any of the work.  By paying upfront for your share, you have the ability to pick up a basket of fresh seasonal produce every week at the Farmers Market.  In return, your money is used to pay for the costs associated with preparing the farm for the growing season.  A full share accomodates a family of 4 with a variety of items throughout the entire season (June-October).  Please see the CSA application for more specific information on the benefits and risks of participating in this relationship.

We have sold out of shares for the 2010 season.  However, due to demand, we have started a waiting list.  If you would like to be added to the list please email us at david.baldwin@royaloakforward.com.
