2010 CSA shares

Just think, you could pick up a bag filled with a variety of fresh herbs and vegetables every week throughout the entire growing season.  Herbs like basil, cilantro and dill.  Vegetables like swiss chard, tomoatoes and peppers.  All grown using organic practices and grown within a mile of where they are sold.  All the while benefitting the Royal Oak Foundation for Public Education.  See the CSA page for more information on share availability!

Leave it to Royal Oak to take on a cutting edge community venture such as this! Good for the schools, the city, the residents, the ecology and anyone that loves fresh, healthy veggies. Congrats!

I’ve been a member of a CSA farm in St. Clair County, MI, for a number of years. I’m more than happy to shift membership to a farm in my own backyard! It’s a terrific use of vacant land, and I can’t wait to enjoy this experience with my family and community.

I’m so very excited to see this happening in Royal Oak. I will be even more ecstatic to hear the garden will be organic. Will it?

  4. admin says:

Hi Jacklyn. Yes, we will be using all organic practices when growing our produce. Thanks for your interest!
